Phoenix Real Estate: Sellers no longer in driver’s seat

Supply in the Phoenix real estate market is not yet back to normal, but it is clearly getting much stronger. Demand, meantime, has cooled because investor interest has decreased and ordinary homebuyers have not taken up the slack.
